Due to the special nature of the Ayurveda Herbs supplements, HerbsDepot is unable to process any returns or issue refunds after the product is shipped.  If there are any issues with the product or shipping, please contact us at care@herbsdepot.com and we will do our best to make it right for you. We will refund, if the product is not shipped. At this time, HerbsDepot.com ships merchandise free of shipping charges to 48 contiguous states within the United States.

HerbsDepot.com also ships merchandise to U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands for additional shipping charges. Additionally, we ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations for additional shipping charges. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will pass to customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Items will be shipped within 24 hours by USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on the economic feasibility of shipment. Occasionally items may take up to 48 hours to ship. No shipping on weekends or Holidays.
