Shipping & Delivery:

At this time, HerbsDepot.com ships merchandise free of shipping charges to 48 contiguous states within the United States.

HerbsDepot.com also ships merchandise to U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands for additional shipping charges. Additionally, we ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations for additional shipping charges. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Items will be shipped within 24 hours by USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on the economic feasibility of shipment. Occasionally items may take 48 hours to ship. No shipping on weekends or Holidays.

Sales Tax:

HerbsDepot.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). HerbsDepot.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.None of our products are evaluated by FDA and is not intended to treat or cure any disease or condition. Please consult with your medical practitioner before taking the supplement.For your safety and well-being, our herbal blends are manufactured by GMP/ISO/Local Health Authorities certified manufactures. By buying the products from our company, you are responsible for understanding the effect on herbal ingredients in the blend. We have listed all the ingredients in the product details for your research purposes. HerbsDepot cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects or conditions caused by the use or misuse of the purchased product.

We will refund, if the product is not shipped. Refunds for products that are not shipped will be issued to your original form of payment as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take 1 billing cycle to post to your account.

HerbsDepot Return and Refund Policy:

Due to the special nature of the Ayurveda product, HerbsDepot is unable to process any returns or issue refunds after the product is shipped.  If there are any issues with the product or shipping, please contact us at care@herbsdepot.com or by using the contact us form and we will do our best to make it right for you. We will refund, if the product is not shipped. We try to ship the products on the same day itself by USPS , UPS or FedEx except on United States national holidays.
